You need to be careful, however, not to consume a lot of carbohydrates any any excess energy created by them simply becomes fat. And you will never lose weight in a week when you take this approach.Opt for foods such as whole grain bread and brown rice for your carbs needs. And last, you’ll be needing fats. Yes, fats! I know you’re losing fat but you nevertheless need to eat them. Ingest foods containing healthy fat such as nuts and salmon. And make sure to ingest fresh fruit and vegetable since they have a lot of vitamins and minerals that your body needs!

Be aware ofKnow which food you must not eat. It goes without saying that you have to reduce your consumption of the empty calories of junk food, and it’s a good idea to only consume lean meats. Don’t eat refined carbs like white bread and pasta and replace them with whole grain alternatives. Avoid alcoholic drinks as much as you can as it will hinder your weight loss efforts.

If eating too much at one sitting is a problem, eat 5 to 6 smaller meals during the day so that your tummy will shrink and demand less food.
